Please note that a standard shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund total unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your handbags or accessories in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the printed return slip is included inside the box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email notification once your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
